Notice is hereby given of a public hearing to be held during the City Council’s Regular Meeting on 8 June 2026 on an appeal filed by Cora Sasticum of the Forks Planning Commission’s 15 April 2026 Approval of a Conditional Use Permit issued to Tom Tucker for Eight Unit Tiny Home Development – Small Inn, to be constructed at 170 Sportsman Club Road.
The city is requesting your input to ensure that the needs of the Forks community are met. This survey will help us understand how you currently use Forks’ park system, and help us plan for the future of Forks’ parks. Please be sure to enter your name and phone number at the end of the survey if you would like to be kept informed of the PROS Plan progress and enter the lottery drawing for a $250 gift certificate.

Notice is hereby given that the City Council will hold a quasi-judicial public hearing regarding the recommendation of the Forks Planning Commission associated with three requests for zoning map or zoning code changes.
A copy of the Planning Commission’s recommendation and other associated materials regarding these three requests can be obtained by contacting Mr. Rod Fleck at 360/374-5412, ext. 111. Written comments will be received up to the hearing before the City Council on each of the requests. Please note the City of Forks has received a request for a Conditional Use Permit for the construction of eight units with the intent of operating as a small inn located at 170 Sportsman Club Road. The matter will be subject to a quasi-judicial proceeding that includes a public hearing where testimony can be provided to the planning commission as part of their decision making process. Written comments may be provided prior to the meeting, unless the individual is providing the comments physically in person during the meeting.
