Notice of Intent to File Application
The City of Forks intends to file an application for federal financial assistance with the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Rural Utilities Service for improvements to the City’s wastewater treatment plant. The matter will be considered at the City Council’s Regular Meeting on November 23, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. A public comment period will be held as part of the discussion of this matter.
Comments regarding this application should be submitted to the City of Forks via mail at 500 E Division St or via e-mail at info@forkswashington.org prior to the meeting. In either case, please note that comments are regarding the “City’s Intent to File an Application with USDA”.
