  1. Additional plan review required by changes, additions or revisions: $47.00 per hour
    (minimum charge ½ hour)
Inspection fees for set-up of manufactured homes:

Single-wide: $106.50

Double-wide: $131.50

Driveway Permit Process & Application

Application for Driveway Approach

In the City of Forks, the city utility superintendent has the authority to approve access to city streets as well as access to SR 101 (within the city limits), ensuring that access to 101 complies with WSDOT specifications.

Permit Process

  1. The public may obtain a no-fee permit application from the Utility Superintendent’s office.
  2. The applicant will complete the application and submit it to the Utility Superintendent of approval, modification, of denial.
  3. The Utility Superintendent will, within 14 days of receipt review the application and if approving the application, shall determine in writing which of the following design standards for the access approach shall be required:
  • Commercial
  • Non-commercial – type A or type B
