Notice is hereby given that during the Council’s Regular Meeting on 10 August 2026, the City Council will consider an appeal filed by Rod Larson, Appellant, of the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) issued by Attorney/Planner Fleck.
