Please note the City of Forks has received a request for a Conditional Use Permit for the construction/installation of an automated car wash to be located at 170 North Forks Avenue at Ron’s Food Mart. The matter will be subject to a quasi-judicial proceeding that includes a public hearing where testimony can be provided to the planning commission as part of their decision making process. Written comments may be provided prior to the meeting, unless the individual is providing the comments physically in person during the meeting.
