Notice is hereby given that JGA Enterprises, LLC (John and Glenda Aldana) was granted a conditional use permit for a “West End Taproom Tip and Sip” (a retail business specializing in craft beers, craft ciders, wine tastes, retail beer, cider, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages) at 70 West A Street. The complete Notice, a copy of the findings, and the determination and decision of the Forks Planning Commission are attached and incorporated in the following document.
